She was predeceased by: her father Ulis Denson; and her sister Georgie Cox. She is survived by: her husband Otho Tate Sr.; her children, Otho Tate, Jr. (Tiffany) of Lancaster, Crystal Malone (Larry) of Casey County and Christina Feldman of Perryville; her granddaughter Michaela Cooper; her stepgrandchildren, Natasha Malone and Cheyenne Malone; her great grandchild Bailey Smith; her mother Nora Denson of Perryville; and her siblings, Shelia Baudendistel (Tom), Wilma Adams (Wayland) of Perryville, Jane Tate of Bradfordsville, Gary Denson (Sherry) of Junction City and Tim Denson (Susie) of Indianapolis.
