He is survived by: his wife Mary Holt; his children, Rodney Joe Holt and Melinda Holt Patton (Jack); his sister Alma Plumer; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Jo Holt Edwards (Drew), Alex Patton and Charles Matthew Patton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Heritage Hospice.
