He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie and Josie Bottom; and his sons, Gary Bottom and Tony Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Robinson (Jay), Michael Anderson (Debbie) and Donna Sussman; and his grandchildren, Jeff Bottom, Kevin Bottom (Tammy), Deetra Llamas, Hannah Anderson, Dylan Anderson, Kenny Sussman (Bekki), Derek Sussman, Shanna Matheny, Joshua Robinson (Bonnie) and Ryan Robinson (Amanda). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Heritage Hospice or Beech Grave Baptist Church.

Family, please know that James made a profound impact on my life! At the end of June 2022 I will retire from 46 years in full time Christian ministry! Served seven churches in five state.
