He is survived by: his mother Wanda Baugh Taylor (Joyce); his wife Joyce Hourigan Taylor; his children, Ashley Taylor Miller (Travis), Joni Horn (Josh), Michael Taylor (Karlie), Parker Dale Taylor and Dreama Sparrow; his grandchildren, MaKaylee, Maddie Jane, Grace, Kinsley Miller, Hannah, Jewelya, Eli Horn, Bo Michael and Tilden Reed Taylor; and his siblings, Jerry Taylor (Jackie), Rita Bailey (Steve) and Lisa Bottom (Pete).
