He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Brenda Justice, Judy Dellinger (Nelson), Mollie McHone (Roy), Jackie Ramey (Catherine), Earl Ramey, Jr. (Trinity), Nancy Kyer (Brian), Elizabeth Dotson (Mike), Amanda Harrison, Sarah Ramey and Andy Ramey (Amber); and his siblings, Robert, Willie Ramey, Pat Routin and Dean Waters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Walden Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
