It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Kenneth Hooks (Perryville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Donald and Ruby Rose Pierce Hooks; and his brother Timothy Hooks. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Hooks (Chad Rucker); his stepmother Ann Lankford Hooks; and his siblings, Karen Hooks, Donna Cox (Bob), Danny Hooks (Lisa) and Dewey Hooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
