He is survived by: his wife Kaye Franklin Lamb; his daughters, Kristen Satterly (Jackie), Laura Lamb and Lesley Winburn (William); his grandchildren, Terrah, Dane Satterly, Calissa Cotton, Taylor and Cheyenne Winburn; his great grandchildren, Adalyn Satterly and Braxton Cross; and his sister Gayle Grugin (Bo).
