She is survived by: her husband James D. Wade; her son Nicholas "Nick" Wade (Cody Polston); her sister Rose Durham; and her nieces and nephews, Krystal Durham, Branden Durham, Elexis Durham, Grayson Durham and Trenton Durham.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (318 W Broadway St, Danville, KY 40422). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Danville-Boyle County Humane Society.
