He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Westerfield Pike Kocker. He is survived by: his father Harold Jerome Pike; his wife Nancie Hutchinson Pike; his stepmother Helen Pike; his children, Travis Pike (Stephanie), Jason Bradley (Caitlyn), Marc Bradley (Dani), Justin Pike, Trevor Pike (Erin) and Alicia Westerfield (Warren); and his siblings, Brent Pike (Mischelle), Ron Pike (Lorie), Greg Kocher (Brenda), Donna Hafley, Janet Ponsell, Carolyn P. Adams and Kathy Pike. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.
