He is survived by: his wife Roberta Raikes Hourigan; his children, Eugenia Adkins (Terry), Joyce Taylor, Edwina Morgeson (Keith Garrett), David Hourigan, Kim Sheperson (Jack) and Mandy Emmons (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Jeremy Adkins (Cara), Jason Adkins (Whitney), Ashley Miller (Travis), Joni Horn (Josh), Michael Taylor (Karlie), Parker Taylor, Brandon Morgeson, Jason Price (Candace), Dana Miles (Chris), Johnelle Sheperson, RJ Emmons, Sarah Emmons, Sophie Emmons and Brody Emmons; his daughter-in-law Pat Hourigan; and his siblings, Lorraine Morgan (Gary), Freddie Hourigan (Brenda), Theresa Robson (Gerald) and Juanita Hodgen. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
