He was predeceased by: his wife Mable Estep; and his brothers, Bud and Johnny Estep. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Thompson and Robert Aaron Estep (Lee Hunter Coleman); his stepchildren, Staci Garlough (Bobby) and Chad Mills; his grandchildren, Madison Middleton, Caden Thompson, Chelsie Taylor and Kimberly Estep; his stepgranddaughter Aubrey Mills; and his great grandchild Skylin Boyd.
