We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2019, at the age of 96, Carroll Webb (Perryville, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Webb and Martha Elizabeth Harmon Webb; and his brothers, James Webb and Robert H. Webb. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Cocanougher Webb; his children, Debbie Bugg, Elaine Hayden (Richard) and Lewis Webb (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Jessee Bugg, Melissa Suss and Christopher Webb. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Gideon's International and the American Foundation for the Blind.
