It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettye Cummins (Perryville, Kentucky), born in Garrard, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Emmitt and Stella Witt Sebastian; her husband Earl Gene Cummins; and her sister Dorothy Carol Middleton. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Brown, Jeff Cummins (Sandra), Donna Cummins Horton and Kelly Gambrel (David); her grandchildren, Jeremy Emerson (Hannah), Tiffany Emerson, Gretchen Conway (Nick) and John Gambrel; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Emma Kate Emerson, Brady Emerson and Brandon Gonzales; and her brother Charles Sebastian.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Heritage Hospice.
