She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Emmitt and Stella Witt Sebastian; her husband Earl Gene Cummins; and her sister Dorothy Carol Middleton. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Brown, Jeff Cummins (Sandra), Donna Cummins Horton and Kelly Gambrel (David); her grandchildren, Jeremy Emerson (Hannah), Tiffany Emerson, Gretchen Conway (Nick) and John Gambrel; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Emma Kate Emerson, Brady Emerson and Brandon Gonzales; and her brother Charles Sebastian.
