He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Earl Breeden and Addie Mae Breeden (Hammond); his siblings, Rocky Wayne and Donna Jean; and his pets, Roxy and Sally.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Corine Breeden; his children, Lisa Kern, Jodie Couch (Eddie), Kim Martinez, Dustin Pence (Vanessa), Tyler Pence (Randa) and Corey Pence; his grandchildren, Sydnie, Addison, Elle, Cole, Anthony, Drama, Kaity, Emma, Sadie, Bella, Reagan, Payne and Nolan; and his great grandchildren, Kaylie Rebecca, Poppy, Fable, Aubrie and Hazel.
He was commissioned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1983 as a Kentucky Colonel, the highest title of honor bestowed by the Commonwealth for his contributions to the community and state.
