He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Dawn Smith; his wife Bonnie Bungenstock Smith; his children, Sonya Reeder (Chuck), Jeffery Smith (Mary) and Sabrina Cummins (Rex); and his grandchildren, Carley Reeder, Austin Reeder, Alyssa Bruce, Jacob Olds, Jacklyn Olds, Ashley Atkinson, Tabitha Smith, Drew Smith and Andrew Coffman. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
