He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bingham and Elva Mae Burris Bingham. He is survived by: his wife Judy Annette Woody Bingham of Pendleton, KY; and his children, Kirk Stephen Bingham (Darlene) of Shelbyville, KY, Sammy Stephen Bingham (Melissa Shillings) of Columbia, KY and Tina Louise Bingham Hartman of Campbellsville, KY. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
