He is survived by: his wife Lewanna Lee Cutter; and his children, Fern M. Willett (Vance J.), Mildred S. Childers (Gerald M.), Ralph W. Cutter (Peggy A.) and Ronald L. Cutter (Rhonda R.). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
