We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2021, at the age of 77, Jo Ann (Ritchie) Wheeler of Pendleton, Kentucky, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Ritchie and Marge Ritchie (Clark); and her husbands, Wendell Owens, Sr., Lynn Hensley, Bill Grubb and Oliver Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Wendell Owens, Jr. of New Town, Chuck Owens of Michigan, Billy Hensley of Covington, Randall Hensley of Pendelton and Sandy Owens of Michigan. She is also survived by two sisters; nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
