He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Moore. He is survived by: his mother Carol Moore (Dean) of LaGrange; his wife Julie Moore; his brothers, Dennis Moore (Nikki) of LaGrange and Bill Moore of Loveland, OH; and his nephews, Matt, Evan and Ethan Moore.
