He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Taylor and Gertrude Taylor (Williams); his wife Elizabeth Valene "Midget" Webster; his son Charles Wayne Taylor; his siblings, Butch, Pete, Arlie, Gilbert Taylor and Faye Jones; and his son-in-law George Michael Gross.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Gross of Pendleton and Kenney; his daughter-in-law Connie Taylor of Pendleton; his grandchildren, Michelle Satterly (Todd), Stacey Hardin (Drew), Andy Louden (Diana), Dylan Taylor and Charles Franklin (Jennifer); and his daughter-in-law Vickie Taylor of Eminence, Kentucky. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
