He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Darnell and Annie Nervia Mitchell Darnell. He is survived by: his wife Anita Litchfield Darnell of Pembroke; his son Todd Darnell (Trina) of Pembroke; and his brother Ed Darnell of Princeton.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home (700 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to St. John Methodist Church at 2808 S Virginia St. Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
