He is survived by: his children, Donald Ray Shaw (Martha Ann) of Christian County, KY and Patty Kitchens of Christian County, KY; his grandchildren, Kimberly Sneed, Casey Perry, Katie Kitchens and Shannon Kitchens; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Perry, Matthew Sneed, Mason Perry and Maycee McGuire.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church (2828 Elmo Rd, Pembroke, KY 42266). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
