It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Barley of Payneville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Jefferson; his brothers-in-law, Neil Cunningham and Charles ValVerde; and his nephew Jerry Cunningham. He is survived by: his siblings, Erma Cunningham of Maroa, IL, Rita Barley of Payneville, Randall E. Barley and Donald Lee Barley of Payneville; his nephews, Brian Cunningham (Yvonne) and Scott Cunningham (Donna); his niece Lisa Keysear; his great-niece Angela Sloan (Nathan); his great-nephew Thane Herye; and also, Delaney and Harper Sloan.
