He is survived by: his mother Carmen Declet Santiago; his wife Nancy Jean Staples; his stepfather Zoa Rodriguez; his granddaughter Courtney Brooke Horsley; his mother-in-law Lorene Whitworth; his brothers-in-law, Billy Staples and Teddy Bailey; his daughters, Wendy Horsley (Tony) and Heather Metcalf (Skip Lane); his stepdaughter Kendra Crosier; his granddaughter Courtni Jean Metcalf (Zach Taylor); his stepgranddaughter Iva True Crosier; his sister Carmen Ester "Pitita" Guardiola-Declet (Nestor Canales Cruz); his siblings-in-law, Anita Bailey (Tammy Staples), Danny Staples (Craig Hinton) and Kenny Staples (Donna); and his close friend Marissa Endicott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
