She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Speaks and Lucy Catherine Burch Speaks; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Parr, Virginia Catherine Speaks, Joseph Corbett Speaks and Louis Emanuel Speaks.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Barr of Payneville, KY; and her sister-in-law Rita Barr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
