He is survived by: his wife Patsy Butler Hardesty; his stepson Richie Allen (Missy); and his brothers, Johnny Hardesty (Lois), Jackie Hardesty (Becky), Joey Hardesty (Tammy), Jarrett Hardesty (Sharon) and Jasper Hardesty (Carrie). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
