He is survived by: his wife Lacy Watson Smith; his daughter Oakley Sage Smith of Payneville, KY; his parents, Scott Smith and Laura Smith of Bardstown; his sisters, Ashley Smith of Springfield and Autumn Smith of Bardstown; his grandparents, Kenny and Rose Calvert; his parents-in-law, Renee Hayes Pollard and J. D. Pollard of Wolf Creek, KY; his brother-in-law Logan Watson of Wolf Creek, KY; and his close friend Jeremy Burrow of Bardstown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
Memorial contributions may go to a College Fund for his daughter, Oakley Sage Smith.
