He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Brown and Margaret Benham Brown; and his grandparents, Claude, Susie Brown, Garland, Lula Benham and Ruby Benham.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Arroyo, Jennifer Maxey, Ralph and Stephen Clater; his grandchildren, Nikolas, Addison Arroyo, Brayden and Baylee Maxey; and his brothers, Kerry Brown and Scotty Brown (Pam). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
