He is survived by: his children, Ernie Howard (Sue), Kern Palmer (Ralph), Geona Snellings (Nathaniel) and Patrick Howard (Sarah); his siblings, Sam Howard and Colleen Spence; his grandchildren, Stephanie E. Rice, Charles Howard (Chas), Alyssa Howard, Andrew Howard and Brookelyn Howard; and his great grandchildren, Keegan Griffin, Kelsey Griffin, Tristen Henry, Brayden Ellis, Landen Hall and Graycen Ellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
