She was predeceased by: her parents, William Daniels and Josephine Smith Daniels; her husband James Mathew Eads; her children, Walter Wade Eads and Allison Eads; her grandson Rodney Slusher; and her siblings, Clarence Daniels, Betsan Sullivan, Rinda Hensley, Paul Daniels, Rachel Ryan, Estil Daniels, Elizabeth Hensley and Laura Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Bobby Slusher), Rhonda (Tim Collins), Linda (Robert Howard) and Mike (Laurie Eads); her grandchildren, Eric Slusher, Jason Howard, Jonathan Lemar, Aaron Eads, Chase Eads, Allyson Hess, Rachel Collins and Sarah Muncy; her siblings, Hazel Lidster and Walter Daniels; and her niece Faye Monroe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
