She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Hunley; her husband Otis B. Hensley; her parents, Will Lawson and Dora Jones Lawson; her daughter Carol Ann Mink; her siblings, Charles Lawson, Goldie Hensley, Cora Brown, Loretta Brewer, Rosa Stephens and Mae Fuson; and her great grandchild Olivia Cliver.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jackson, Paula J. Peace, Donna, Rinda, Janice and Otis; and her siblings, Bill Lawson of Somerset, KY, Daisy Johnson, Violet Perry of Lexington, KY and Peggy Phillips of Beattyville, KY.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blackstar Pentecostal Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
