She was predeceased by: her husband William Levi Moore; her parents, Hiskel Roark and Florence Slusher Roark; her brothers, Noah Roark, Homer Roark, Manford Roark, Herman Roark and Lester Roark; and also, Gussie Roark, Maudie Jane Roark, Nancy Roark and Mae Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Moore of Calvin, KY and Marjorietta Moore of Pathfork, KY; her grandsons, William Eric, Amber Moore of Calvin, KY, Daniel Levi Cory Moore, Brooke Gibson, Christopher Kacy, Brianna Moore, Keely Paige Moore, Rowan Storm Moore, Valen Rae Moore and William Zane Douglas Moore; her sisters, Hazel Humfleet, Christine Hensley and And; and her friends, Tammy Bledsoe, Hazel Henderson and Wanda Miracle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
