He is survived by: his children, Terry Ealy (Pam) of Pathfork, Tammy Vance (Donnie) of Pathfork, Kathy Smith (John) of Wallins, John Ealy (Michelle) of Hulen and Linda Cox (Jerry) of Hulen; his grandchildren, Amy Brown, Leah Brown, Jonathan Smith, Shane Smith, Kayla Smith Delph, Tyler Ealy, Jared Ealy, Sarah Cox Saylor, Jerry Cox and Richard Ealy; and his great grandchildren, Alex Honeycutt, Kelsey Gray, Matthew Gray, Hayden Cox, Hunter Smith, Callie Smith, River Smith, Braylin Brock, Natalie Delph, Noah Delph and Jace Cox.
