He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Kincaid Taylor and Floyd Edward Taylor, Sr.; his siblings, Lois Howard, Mary Louise Kincaid and Earl Kincaid; and his brother-in-law Jim Hoskins.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lou Kinder (Michael) and Floyd Edward "Buddy" Taylor, III (Jodi Taylor); his sisters, Elva Ellison (Don), Carolyn Craig (Austin), Doris Hoskins and Virginia "Sissy" Taylor (Boyd); his grandchildren, T. J. Bailey, Megan Massey, Aaron Kinder, Dewayne Kinder and Roman Taylor; and his great grandchildren, McKenna Grace Bailey, Mason Lee Dewayne Bailey, Addalynn Ann Bailey, Bronson Nathaniel Massey, Izabelle Grace Massey, Braylon Kade Massey, Tianna Kinder, Erin Kinder, Trinity Kinder, Brooklyn Kinder, Bentley Kinder and Peyton Kinder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends, including a special friend.
