Blincoe (Hazel) and Susan Blythe (Phillip); and his siblings, Wilse Howard, Jr. and Colleen Spence. He was also cherished by 11 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and many friends.
