He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Raleigh and Dora Jane Rutherford Raleigh; his wife Loretta Lewis Raleigh; and his siblings, Gladys Raleigh Owens, Marie Raleigh Lynch, Ethel Raleigh Maggard, Elmer Raleigh, Everett Raleigh, Charles Raleigh and Geraldine Raleigh Owens.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Raleigh Sturgill of Shelbyville, IN, Virgie Raleigh Scott of Cumberland and Lillie Raleigh Dixon (Damon) of Hamilton, OH; his brother-in-law Bill Maggard; and his niece Denise Baird (Billy) of Partridge, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
