He is survived by: his children, James Arlie Boggs (Samantha) of Greeneville Tn and Rebecca Hoiska (Paul) of Partridge Ky; his grandchildren, Megan Dawn Ramsey of Greeneville Tn, James Willard Reed Boggs of Greeneville Tn and Lliam McGhee Boggs of Greeneville Tn; and his siblings, Junior Ray (June) of Michigan, Marvin Boggs (Louise) of Michigan, Learie Mae Bowman (Leo) of Michigan, Dorothy Aguayo of Michigan and Wilma Watkins (Olie) of Michigan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
