He was predeceased by: his parents, France Maggard and Maggie Maggard; and his siblings, Herbert Maggard and Geneva Pool. He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson Maggard; his children, Paul Maggard (Dessa) of Partridge, KY and Mary Ann Trail (Robert) of Calhoun, Georgia; his grandchildren, Mary Beth Craig (Walter) of Partidge, KY, Dessa Cassandra Raleigh of Partridge, KY, Robert William Trail (Jessica) of Calhoun, GA and Paul Daniel Trail (Samantha) of Suwannee, GA; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Halle, Hannah, Trey, Aiden and Nate.
