He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mullins and Edna Johnson Mullins; and his sisters, Elsie Kinsler, Glessie Elkins, Cynthia McIntosh and Nellie Miles.
He is survived by: his brothers, Bristol Mullins, Cecil Mullins, Russie Mullins and Darrell Mullins; his wife Glendia Elkins Mullins of Partridge; his daughters, Emma Banks (Joe) of Benham, KY and Pauline Harper (Paul) of Knoxville, TN; the mother of his children Pamela Brinson of Benham; his stepchildren, Kim McQuiston (Joey) of Wadena, MN, Robyn Snyder (Joel) of Sebeka, MN and John Pouliot (Khuyen) of Springfield, VA; and his siblings, Lovelle Mullins, Dewey Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Juanita Tippett, Ocie Anderson, Ina Mullins and Norcie Anderson. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Due to the mandate set forth by the governor of Kentucky attendees must wear a mask at all times and practise social distancing. There will be no indoor service at this time due to Covid... just a graveside memorial on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 1 pm.
