He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Boggs and Elizabeth Ann Hall; his sons, Larry Timothy Boggs and William Keith Boggs; his siblings, Judy Steele and Myrl Hall; and his grandmother Stacie Ellen Boggs.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Carol Boggs; his granddaughter April Amy Boggs; his daughter-in-law Loretta Boggs; his siblings, Bobby Boggs (Pauline), Brent Boggs (Kay), Jimmy Hall (Pam), Bobbie Reynolds (Danny) and Earlene Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Patty Jane Howard, Heather Dixon, Randy Caudill and Jonathan Hall.
