He was predeceased by: his parents, Kester Sr. Halcomb and Annie Ruth Hall Halcomb. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his uncle Carter Hall (Quinna); and his sister-in-law Brenda Collier.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the BIG Leatherwood First Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
