He is survived by: his mother Linda Jenkins Blair; his grandmother Madge Jenkins; his girlfriend Amanda Gilbert; his sisters, Chrissy Burris (Scott) of Partridge and Amy Blair Prewitt of Partridge; and his nieces and nephews, Lexie Burris, Ava Prewitt, Logan Burris, Trevor Prewitt and Ethan Hogg. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.
