He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Scott and Leona Halcomb Scott; and his siblings, Gladys Bowman, R. J. Scott, Elmer Scott and Dennis Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Jean Lewis Scott of Partridge, KY; his children, Howard Wayne Scott (Renee) of Lancaster, KY, Sherry Geiger (David) of Cincinnati, OH and Ernie Scott (Tiffany); his sisters, Anna Sue Johnson of Lynch, KY and Loretta Shepherd of Cumberland, KY.; and his grandchildren, Steven, Samantha, Toby, Darren, Robert, Brianna Scott, Brittainy, Alex, Amanda, Demetrious, Jamaya, Adrian Geiger and Addy Grace Scott. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
At the family's request, face coverings are required and social distancing should be practiced.
