She is survived by: her children, Wanda Elkins (Jerry), Rosezell Mullins (Jeffery) of Partridge, KY, Junell Sturgill of Caldwell, ID, Shirley Phillips (Kenneth) of Eolia, KY and Jeffery Potter (Donna) of Seco, KY; the parent of her children Dock Potter of Seco, KY; and her siblings, Martin Mullins, Lovelle Mullins, Dewy Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Ina Mullins, Ocie Anderson, Juanita Tippett and Norcie Anderson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Due to the mandates set forth by the Governor of Kentucky, attendees must wear a mask at all times for all services and social distance.
