He is survived by: his wife Lorene Deal; his children, Donna Lynn Fields (Clayton) of Cumberland, Johnny Allen Deal (Donna) of Tazewell, TN and Wendy Lynn Lewis (Christopher) of Brookwood, AL; and his sisters, Jean Rice of Cumberland and Linda Powers of Tennessee. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
