He is survived by: his wife Pam Brown Halcomb of Partridge, KY; his siblings, Wanda Lawson of Partridge, KY, Brenda Bowling (Randall) of Partridge, KY, Melissa Byrne (Mike) of Georgetown, KY, Junior Halcomb of Partridge, KY and Larry Halcomb of Partridge, KY; his stepchildren, Melinda Ann Powell, Will Bledsoe (Teresa) and Jonathan Marlow; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Howard (John), Tonia Henry, Tracy Rutherford (Bobby), Jordan Byrne, Connor Byrne, Carl Edward Gumm and Brian Halcomb. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews.
