Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved William Kennedy of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 67, on July 6, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgin Kennedy and Mary Ellen Kennedy (Barnett); and his siblings, Stephen Kennedy, Ruby Ramona Arthur and Robin Nicole Staley.
He is survived by: his sons, William Jones of Texas, Joshua Kennedy of Harlan, Kentucky and Travis Kennedy of Whitley City, Kentucky; his siblings, Joseph Smart of Whitley City, Judy Kennedy of Parkers Lake, Teresa Thresher (Paul) of Riddle, Anna Ball of Pine Knot and Lisa Kennedy Smith; and his friends, Ronald and Reda Bennett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and adopted grandchildren.
The family has suggested that memorials be made to the William Kennedy funeral fund at the funeral home.
