He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Perry and Lucy Perry (Thomas). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Perry (Steele) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his children, Steven McKellen "Red" Perry (Virginia) of Burnside, Kentucky, Patricia Cabrera (Ventera) of Waynesburg and Amy Alvarado (Oscar) of Eubank, Kentucky; and his siblings, Kenneth Perry of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Betty Catron of Parkers Lake, Flonnie Ledbetter of Parkers Lake, Bonnie Jean Peters of Parkers Lake and Dinia Howser of Grays, Kentucky. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
