She is survived by: her son Bobby Lawrence Smith; her sisters, Ester Ellen Goodin, Willa Mae Perry and Minnie Pearl Spradlin; her husband Jerry Smith of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and her children, Charles Smith (Julie) of Stearns, Kentucky, Loretta Ridener (Douglas) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Teresa Higginbotham (John) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
