He is survived by : his parents, Marvin Goins and Purlina Jane Goins (Caldwell); his wife Lisa Goins (Ridner) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; his sons, Josh Goins (Amy) of Stearns and Dustin Goins (Katelynn) of Whitley City, Kentucky; his siblings, David Goins (Doris) of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Dewayne Goins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, Wilma Ridner of Parkers Lake, Kentucky and Wanda Goins of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Adeline Goins, Alyssa Goins and Landry Goins.
